Located in Cottage Grove, Carbone's Kitchen & Pub is a locally owned family business.

As the owners of this establishment, we grew up in Cottage Grove and are now raising our own family in the same great community. Even though we are part of a franchise that has been serving pizza since the ’50s, Carbone’s Kitchen & Pub is unique from the rest of the franchises in a few ways.

We serve much more than Carbone’s famous thin crust pizza. We specialize in a variety of sauces, soups and home-cooked foods made from scratch right here in our kitchen. When it comes to great taste and variety — you won’t find these items anywhere else.

We have a full bar offering a variety of 12 different beers on tap, including locally crafted specialties and some “old favorites.” We also offer, a variety of big screens for catching all your favorite sports, on top of pull-tabs, happy hour specials and activities for your night out.
